2010 has also proven to be a historic Olympics for our USA Nordic Combined team. The first ever Nordic Combined Olympic Medals in the history of the Olympics have been handed out to TEAM USA Johnny Spillane, Todd Lodwick, Bill Demong, and Brett Camerota. Brett Camerota was a member of the Park CIty Nordic Ski CLub / National Sports Foundation (Skunk's club) from a young age and has made everyone proud! Bill Demong and Johnny Spillane have been training for many years with us here in Park City and at the Utah Olympic Park.

After watching Billy Demong, Johnny Spliane, Todd Lodwick, and BRett Camerota, and Slick in the Olympics, the Skunk is particularly excited to keep training for his personal best.
The SKUNK and his fellow younger athletes from Park City will have a two more competitions this winter this weekend and March 12-13.
The Skunk is featured in a Proctor and Gamble Commercial for the Olympic Games in Vancouver. He is the ski jumper featured three times and at the very end before the Mom's face in the add called "To their Moms they will always be kids.

Ski Jumping at the Utah Olympic Park is well under way. If you come by the park, which is free admission, you can see the athletes practice several days a week.
